At Corporate Jungle™, every product is created with care and made especially for you. Since many of our products are printed on demand, we follow a clear return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our production process.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The print quality is incorrect or damaged
  • The product is significantly different from what you ordered

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Product no longer needed
  • Minor color differences due to screen/display settings
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Personal preference after receiving the product

Please check the size chart, product details, color, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Photo of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short description of the problem

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or payment method, depending on your payment provider.

Replacements

For approved cases, we may send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Replacements are usually offered for:

  • Damaged products
  • Printing errors
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Size Issues

Please check the size chart before ordering.

Since our products are made on demand, we cannot offer refunds or returns if the wrong size was ordered by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they go into production or processing.

Once an order has been printed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or defective product.
