Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Since many of our products are made on demand, order processing may take 2–5 business days before shipping.

Processing time may be slightly longer during sales, festive periods, product launches, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Time

After your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is usually:

India: 3–8 business days
Remote locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other delays beyond our control.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Corporate Jungle™ products are printed or produced only after an order is placed.

This helps us reduce waste and create fresh merchandise for every customer.

Because of this, please allow extra time for production before shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping during selected promotions, campaigns, or order value offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through your order page, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, PIN code, and contact details at checkout.

Corporate Jungle™ is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect contact details, refuses delivery, or does not respond to courier calls, the order may be returned to the sender.

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Refunds may not be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer details or refusal to accept the order.

Delayed Delivery

We try our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delays may happen due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volume
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect address or phone number
  • Operational issues beyond our control

Corporate Jungle™ is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over to the delivery partner.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos before opening it.

If the product inside is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged package
  • Photos or videos of the damaged product
  • Short description of the issue

We will review the issue and assist you as per our Return and Refund Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, Corporate Jungle™ primarily ships within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times, customs charges, and import duties may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.

Order Splitting

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability, production time, or warehouse location.

You may receive separate tracking details for different items in the same order.
